My logistics background has helped me deliver the importance of learning and being trained on specific supply chain objectives as it will most definitely help the customers with their work and career. Having academy accreditations relevant to supply chain professionals as partners who create the content and provide the certifications is a key point when conveying the importance of training in the field.
2. Your certifications include Positive Atmosphere and Project Management. How do you use these skills to create a positive learning environment for participants in your training programs?
As a project manager you are responsible for all preparations for a successful and smooth delivery of the project-which in this case is a training session. With the participants and trainer properly chosen for the said program, along with a welcoming environment, suitable timing, and strategic content assignment a positive learning environment is achieved.
3. You mentioned a focus on GCC countries. Can you share some insights into the unique training needs of businesses in this region?
GCC countries’ workforce comprises extremely ambitious people who want to keep up with recent industry trends and professional developments. Certification training is required to obtain most job positions and career growth in companies in this region, which is mostly closely related to this region.
4. Given your experience in client relations, how do you ensure a successful partnership with clients throughout the development and delivery of their training programs?
Client relationships are built on trust and constant communication to understand the client’s needs and requirements to follow them through, which results in returning clients.
5. What is your approach to needs analysis before designing a training program? How do you ensure the program addresses the specific challenges of each client?
Should it be required by the client to conduct a needs assessment, we handle it through our team of professionals in charge of the people assessment services we provide. Most of the time the clients are well aware of which area is lacking and in need of improvement, so we follow the objectives they wish to include.

Professional development is a need and a must to be successful and build up a prominent career. The best strategy is that the more you know the better you become so the most you receive in return.
12. What are your thoughts on the future of corporate training? How do you see the industry evolving in the coming years?
With current technological developments the training industry must follow all tools and techniques relevant to a certain field to stay on track with providing knowledge and understanding for new highly important matters, like AI development for instance, which is the same process with any upcoming trend. The basics like soft skills and basic Microsoft office are and will be highly demanded as they are the starters for any profession, so expanding geographically with a different presence level is what might possibly change with the industry.
