She currently serves as the CEO and Chief Consultant of FINS Alliance, a Risk & Governance Advisory firm specializing in ESG, sustainable financing, FinTech solutions, SME connect and compliance transformation.
She is an Independent Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC, contributing to board governance, communication strategy, and regulatory oversight. Her corporate leadership journey includes serving as Senior Vice President and Country Manager at Wells Fargo Bank (2008–2021), where she led country operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Wachovia Bank N.A. and American Express, overseeing credit risk, portfolio quality, corporate relationships, and business strategy.
